Implementation of off-grid PV-systems for bulk valve stations of a gas pipeline

Customer: Petrojet Libya

Location: Jalu-Libya

Year: 2023

The project comprises the design, supply, installation and commissioning of four off-grid photovoltaic solar systems for the operation of two BVSs (Bulk Valve Station) in the desert. Each BVS site consists of two types of equipment: Telecom and Cathodic Protection, with a separate photovoltaic system each. Each PV system includes an energy storage system to guarantee a back-up time of 120hrs (5 days) during days of weak sunlight due to rain/clouds.

Solar Photovoltaic Road Lighting

Customer: Petrojet Libya

Location: Alkufrah/Rubyana -Libya

Year: 2024

The project comprises the supply, installation and commissioning of solar photovoltaic lighting solutions for main roads in the cities of Al-Kufrah and Rubyana in South-Eastern Libya. A total of 98 solar-based lighting poles have been implemented. Each pole comprises a solar PV panel, charge controller, LED array and a battery enabling a back-up time of up to 3 days of weak sunlight due to rain/clouds.

Implementation of PV-systems for Retail Stores

Customer: Petrojet Libya

Location: Alkufrah/Rubyana -Libya

Year: 2022

The project comprises the supply, installation and commissioning of solar photovoltaic solar systems for a total of three retail stores of Alam Elabwab in the city of Tripoli. The implemented PV systems aim to provide backup power during operation hours.

Implementation of an off-grid PV-system for a Telecomm station

Customer: Nafusa Oil Operations (NOO), Ettqan Metali Company

Location: Alhamada Alhamra -Libya

Year: 2024

The project comprises the design and supply of an off-grid solar photovoltaic system to operate a Telecomm station near a oil field in Alhamada Alhamra in Western Libya. The PV system includes an energy storage system to guarantee a back-up time of up to 3 days of weak sunlight due to rain/clouds.
